Automatic voting members of the 19th LDDC shall be Precinct Committee Officers and/or members in good standing of a local county party organization, that live in the 19th LD. All other interested Democrats that live in the 19th LD may pay annual membership dues in the amount of $10. Friends and neighbors are welcome to to join us for meetings and events.

PRECINCT COMMITTEE OFFICERS
Precinct Committee Officers (PCO) are the main point of contact and information for Democratic voters in their neighborhood. They recruit and train other volunteers to talk with voters, help elect party leadership and fill vacancies in the state legislature. Becoming a PCO is one of the most important roles you can play in helping Democrats win in your community.
PCO Elections are held in even numbered years during the Washington State August Primary Election. Don’t worry if you missed the deadline. You can still be appointed to your precinct if it is vacant, or fill a neighboring precinct until a permanent PCO is found.
